Pembrook provided $14.3 million to finance the construction of a 27 building and 360-unit multifamily apartment complex located at the intersection of Camdenfield Parkway & South Falkenburg Road in Tampa, Florida.

The sponsors Steve Sembler and Bruce Keene of 2nd Wave Development brought a combined $3 billion worth of development experience to help bring the Asbury property vision to life. Renovations to the property include extraordinary landscaping, and expanded indoor-outdoor lounge options, a 7,000 square foot saltwater swimming pool, and meditation garden.
