Investment Strategy

Pembrook believes that investing in low-volatility multi-family housing through a portfolio of short- and medium-term loans produces performance across varied business cycles. The asset class has historically demonstrated favorable supply and demand characteristics. The security of our assets is supported by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA, who provide long-term financing to our borrowers to repay our loans.

Affordable Housing

The chronic and ever-increasing national shortage of affordable rental housing, specifically in properties that target families with low to moderate incomes, has historically correlated with high occupancy rates and stable cash flow, potentially providing a consistent pipeline of investment opportunities.

CAPITAL STRUCTURE

Pembrook employs a proprietary capital structure that combines common equity with preferred equity, which is competitively priced and has no covenants.
