Our Strategy
Assisted by a proprietary fund capital structure, we provide owners and developers of commercial real estate with the financing to capitalize or recapitalize the acquisition, development, redevelopment and ownership of primarily multifamily, office, retail and other commercial properties. Our investment strategies include, without limitation, the following:

  • Originating short-term fixed and floating rate whole loans, bridge loans, mezzanine loans, preferred equity and participating loans.
  • Focusing primarily on markets with high barriers to entry, such as high-density urban locations, and/or markets with projected job growth and favorable supply and demand characteristics.
  • Protecting against “tail risk” by structuring financing with conservative levels of debt that properly reflect the risk associated with underlying assets and continuing global economic uncertainty.
