Our Philosophy

As a commercial real estate investment advisor that designs and implements financing programs, we look to take advantage of the opportunities left by what we perceive as permanent, structural changes to traditional financing sources following the Great Recession. Many traditional financial sources have either withdrawn from the market or curtailed lending. We invest at all levels of the debt and preferred equity capital structure (below 85% loan to value). Our goal is to identify transactions and points on the capital structure that we believe offer the best risk adjusted rate of return. In the pursuit of these goals, we rely upon our own origination capabilities, organic bottom-up analysis, and intensive hands on asset management.
