The Pembrook Group, LLC ("Pembrook" or "TPG") is a real estate investment management
and development company that provides capital to developers and owners of real estate
on a national basis through the origination and/or acquisition of structured real
estate debt and preferred equity, through Pembrook Capital Management and
Pembrook Community Capital. The company also seeks to serve as a pioneer in community
investments, providing capital to underserved property sectors and underserved geographic
locations such as assets in urban locations, affordable housing and other community-related
investments. The firm was founded by Stuart J. Boesky, the former Chief Executive
Officer of CharterMac (now called Centerline Capital Group), who by his departure
in November of 2005, had led that firm to become one of the largest real estate
financial services firms in the nation. |
